We do not operate, control, or partner with any prediction market, sportsbook, or gambling operator; we do not accept or place bets; and we do not custody funds for wagering. Prediction markets such as Polymarket are restricted or unavailable to persons in certain jurisdictions (including, historically, U.S. persons) and to persons under the applicable minimum age. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing prediction markets — and acting on our information — is legal for you. Descriptive, never prescriptive

Every Isocast signal is a factual record of a physical observation — a city’s daily-high temperature crossed into a new bucket, and here are the market’s current odds. That is a design commitment: we tell you what happened, never what to bet. A signal reports an event; it never recommends a position, a trade, or a wager. What you do with the information is your decision and your responsibility.

The disclaimer field in every API response

The same disclaimer travels with the data itself. Every JSON object the Isocast API returns carries a disclaimer field so that agents consuming signals machine-to-machine always receive it:
